Product Introduction

　　This product adopts a 1+1 series product. The upper layer is a good single-layer base fabric with good pressing uniformity. The lower layer base fabric is also a single-layer design. The warp of the upper layer is four-ply yarn, and the warp of the lower layer is six-ply yarn. The weft uses monofilament, which can provide good compressibility and balance vacuum and pressure zone dehydration. This product, through different fiber designs, is used for the vacuum pre-pressing parts of the first, second, third, and fourth presses or straight-through presses in composite pressing for the production of printing paper, writing paper, newsprint, and cardboard, etc.
